AurevoBot is a Discord bot providing moderation, security, automation, tickets, verification, logging and server-management features.

Depending on enabled features, AurevoBot may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel and role IDs, usernames/display names, message content where required, moderation records, ticket content/transcripts and server configuration.

4. Purposes

Information may be processed to provide bot features, moderate servers, prevent spam and raids, manage support tickets, store configuration, maintain logs and maintain service security.

5. Discord

Discord may independently process personal data when you use Discord. That processing is governed by Discord's own policies.

6. Storage and Retention

Retention depends on the information and feature. Server configuration may be stored while AurevoBot is installed or needed. Logs, moderation records and ticket information may be retained where necessary for the relevant function, security or documentation.

AurevoBot does not sell personal information for advertising. Information may be processed by hosting or infrastructure providers where necessary, or disclosed where legally required.
