1. Acceptance

By using or installing AurevoBot, you agree to these Terms and applicable Discord rules and policies.

2. Service

AurevoBot provides Discord server-management, moderation, security, automation, ticketing, verification and related features. Features may change over time.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use AurevoBot to violate applicable law, Discord's rules or the rights of others. Server administrators are responsible for their configuration and use.

4. Availability

We aim to keep AurevoBot available and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures may affect availability.

5. Third-Party Services

AurevoBot operates with Discord and may rely on hosting or infrastructure providers. Their own terms may also apply.

6. Changes and Termination

Features or access may be changed, suspended or discontinued where necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or other legitimate reasons.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
